Refund policy

At Kartvora, we prioritize quality and intentional design. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 3-day replacement and return policy.

The Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or return. Please note that the day of delivery is considered Day 1. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for processing.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags intact. The product packaging must be preserved and returned inside the courier bag.

Mandatory Evidence for Claims

To process your request efficiently, the following must be provided:

Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened for the first time.

Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or the physical shipping label.

Visual Proof: * Non-Electronic Items: Clear photos of the full product.

Electronic Items: A short video demonstrating the functional defect after following provided instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent are eligible for a Free Replacement. You may choose a replacement of the same item or any other product of equal value.
